“Dad came to be with us on Sunday morning. He brought his guitar. It was great to be with him and to celebrate his actual birthday with him. We truly appreciate all of the work that was done by Pastor Gann, his precious wife, and all the people at Prospect as they made it possible for us to have such an enjoyable celebration on Saturday. We had a powerful service on Sunday morning. Katie and Stephen were singing “God said he would turn it around”, and the Spirit started moving in such a mighty way throughout the congregation. There was such a spirit of revival. The church has been in a fast, and Sunday was the end of the fast. Pastor Gann declared Sunday to be “Turn around Sunday”. So many people came forward with needs and things that they needed to have turned around. A precious lady in her 80’s came forward for prayer to be saved, and a young girl about 10 years old came forward to be saved. 6 precious souls were saved all together. His precious blood was shed for the young and the old. The morning service ended with a baptism. An 85 year old man who was a devout Jehovah’s Witness, had recently given his heart to God and was ready to be baptized. What a miracle!” From January 25, 2015 : Prospect Church of God – Cleveland, TN, posted by The Branham Family – Next Generation on 2/01/2015 (72 items) Precious grand daughter was saved on Sunday morning! singing "Almost Home!" January 24, 2015 Celebrating Ray Branham’s 89th Birthday
“Last year we had such a good time celebrating Ray Branham’s 88th birthday so we decided to do it again this year. We had an old fashioned singing convention at the Prospect Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. It was a full house with friends from everywhere. One of the highlights of the evening was the choir. They worshipped and rejoiced as they sang from the old Red Back Hymnal. Not only did we celebrate his birthday, but we also celebrated the fact that 2015 makes 60 years that he has served as a credentialed minister in the Church of God. He was presented with a beautiful plaque recognizing those 60 years of ministry. Dr. Tim Hill, General Director of World Missions for the Church of God sent a DVD with special birthday greetings. While looking at the past – we also looked to the future. Ray Branham has 3 grand children, and all 3 of them were very active in the service – singing and playing instruments. Tyler, Katie and Caleb are following in his footsteps as they serve the Lord and work in their own ministries. After the singing we had a wonderful time of fellowship in the church fellowship hall. It was truly a great evening!” From January 24, 2015 Celebrating Ray Branham’s 89th Birthday, posted by The Branham Family – Next Generation on 1/31/2015 (90 items) Celebrating Ray Branhams’ 89th birthday! 60 years as a credentialed minister in the Church of God.
