“We had a tremendous New Years Eve service at Sale Creek. The evening began with a great meal. It was so good to spend time with so many old friends. After a wonderful time of fellowship and good food we enjoyed a night of singing and worship. All the church singers and local musicians really blessed us, and we were especially touched by the young people. They led us in praise and worship and reached our hearts as they sang. Bo Cox did a tremendous job of ministering in song and sharing her passion for Christ.
Pastor Bolton led the church in a time of prayer and dedication as we bowed on our knees leaving 2014 behind and going into the new year of 2015. The highlight of the evening was just after midnight. Katie and Stephen sang “I am”, the altar call was given, and 4 precious young men came to the altar to accept Christ. What a way to start a new year!
We know that our Lord is coming back soon. There is much work to do, and time is short. We must be about our Father’s business. This could be the year that Jesus comes. We must try to win as many as we can to the kingdom!”
